This nice gentleman's left foot developed severe ischemic rest pain very rapidly and all three arteries to his foot were totally or near-totally occluded. He was on the verge of losing it but after a 1.5 hr procedure, he left the office with 3 flowing arteries and a warm foot with no pain! Never ceases to amaze me what restoring a little blood flow can do instantly!
