Leading the way in Dialysis Access!

Today at Vive, we successfully completed the first Ellipsys percutaneous endovascular AVF creation in Central Ohio! This was a great alternative for this elderly gentleman with fragile skin, where open surgery was not the best option and the risk of hospital COVID exposure could be devastating.  It took 30 minutes, 1ml of lidocaine and a Band-aid!  He left our office with a strong thrill and 375 ml/min flow volume in his new incisionless AV fistula! Great job Dr. Krishna Mannava and the entire Vive and Ellipsys team on leading the way in dialysis access!  This is HUGE for Central Ohio dialysis patients!
