We were able to successfully reconstruct this nice gentleman's chronically occluded innominate vein Friday. He was suffering from a severely swollen right arm for months. His swelling should start improving immediately after the treatment. As a bonus, his dialysis fistula in his right forearm can now be used very soon. The best part, this took 30 minutes in the office and we had him in and out in no time!!! #vivevascular #obl #outpatient #dialysis
